DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARINGS SINGLE ROW

DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARINGS SINGLE ROW

Single row deep groove ball bearings are the most frequently used rolling bearings. Due to their simple design and the fact that they can support radial and axial loads, single row deep groove ball bearings have proven themselves as “all-around bearings” for everyday use. In addition to the many sizes and variants standardized according to DIN 625-1, pivotPRÄZISION produces special rolling bearings in Germany that are custom-made to meet your application requirements.

Available as:

  • Steel bearings
  • Stainless steel bearing
  • Hybrid bearings
  • capped and sealed version
  • with flange
  • with groove and snap ring
  • greased
  • different cage design

DOUBLE-ROW DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARINGS

DOUBLE-ROW DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARINGS

Double row deep groove ball bearings can be subjected to higher axial and radial loads than single row deep groove ball bearings. The difference lies in the increased bearing width; the bore and outside diameters are identical in both variants. In addition to the many sizes and variants standardized according to DIN 625-3, pivotPRÄZISION produces tailor-made special rolling bearings in Germany according to individual customer requirements.

Available as:

  • Steel bearings
  • Stainless steel bearing
  • Hybrid bearings
  • capped and sealed version

ANGULAR CONTACT BALL BEARING

ANGULAR CONTACT BALL BEARING

Single row angular contact ball bearings provide a good bearing arrangement for the combined absorption of radial and axial loads. In contrast to deep groove ball bearings, they can support higher axial forces, but at the cost of lower radial force support. Single row angular contact ball bearings can only support axial forces from one direction due to their design. In addition to the many sizes and variants standardized according to DIN 628-1, pivotPRÄZISION produces special rolling bearings in Germany that are tailor-made for your application.

Available as:

  • Steel bearings
  • Stainless steel bearing
  • Hybrid bearings
  • capped and sealed version

DOUBLE ROW ANGULAR CONTACT BALL BEARINGS

DOUBLE ROW ANGULAR CONTACT BALL BEARINGS

In contrast to single row angular contact ball bearings, double row angular contact ball bearings can support axial forces from both sides. If two single bearings in O arrangement take up too much space, double row angular contact ball bearings offer a good alternative due to their slimmer dimensions. The support of tilting moments and the rigid bearing arrangement are further features of double row angular contact ball bearings. In addition to the many sizes and variants standardized according to DIN 628-3, pivotPRÄZISION produces special rolling bearings in Germany according to the most varied customer conditions.

Available as:

  • Steel bearings
  • Stainless steel bearing
  • Hybrid bearings

AXIAL CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

AXIAL CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

Axial cylindrical roller bearings were developed for extreme axial loads. They consist of shaft locating washers, housing locating washers and a cage assembly with cylindrical rollers. Axial cylindrical roller bearings cannot support any radial loads. In single row design, axial cylindrical roller thrust bearings can support axial loads from one direction. In double row designs, the bearings can support axial loads from both directions.

Available as:

  • Steel bearings
  • Stainless steel bearing
  • Hybrid bearings
  • different cage design

FOUR POINT BEARING

FOUR POINT BEARING

Four point contact bearings are single row radial angular contact ball bearings with a special internal geometry. The raceways are manufactured so that axial loads can be accommodated from both sides. Four point contact ball bearings can also support radial loads. Due to their design, four point contact ball bearings are generally separable and comprise two inner rings and one outer ring.

On request, pivotPRÄZISION also manufactures self-retaining four point contact bearings with an inner and an outer ring, thus offering the customer more installation-friendly four point contact bearings.

Available as:

  • Steel bearings
  • Stainless steel bearing
  • Hybrid bearings
  • capped and sealed version
  • with flange
  • with groove and snap ring
